Streamlined forecasting and demand planning processes to reduce inventory & supply chain costs.

Indigo Organic Cotton Percale Bedding
Expanded the private label bedding assortment, overseeing design, sourcing, and pricing to establish good/better/best product assortment differentiation. Traveled to international trade shows, vendor showrooms, and factories to better understand global market trends and introduce new collections and product categories, including new fabrications and white goods (duvet & pillow inserts, mattress protectors, etc).

Indigo Sleep Shop
Expanded Indigo’s retail “Sleep Shop” from 14 to 70+ stores nationwide, leading cross-functional teams on roll-out strategy and execution, including planograms, signage, and product assortment. Collaborated with other categories to create a cohesive, customer-centric sleep-focused assortment across private label and national brands.

Blueland's Canadian Distribution Strategy
Led the DTC brand’s expansion into the Canadian market through exclusive retail distribution with Indigo. Developed pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies tailored for the Canadian retail landscape. Guided the brand through packaging and regulatory requirements, successfully launching in over 20 retail stores and online.

Indigo OUI Private Brand Candles
Led end-to-end development of multiple private label candle collections under Indigo’s OUI brand, driving category growth and margin improvement. Identified whitespace opportunities in scent-free candles and complementary home accessories (e.g., candleholders, wick trimmers) to broaden appeal and sales potential. Built and executed the product roadmap and launch strategy, onboarding new manufacturing partners to enhance product quality, elevate brand perception, and reinforce Indigo’s positioning as a leading home lifestyle destination.

Launched bath as a new category vertical at Indigo in both retail & eCommerce channels. Oversaw product development with overseas manufacturer and led the comprehensive go-to-market strategy and execution, including pricing, in-store & online merchandising, and marketing support.

Oversaw product development and go-to-market for an exclusive brand collaboration between OUI and Lee Valley, one of Canada’s most respected retailers specializing in woodworking and gardening. The partnership expanded OUI’s reach beyond Indigo’s core customer, successfully positioning the brand as a credible player within the gardening & outdoor category.
