About
Adjacent Space is a boutique consultancy specializing in physical product businesses, helping them scale with clarity and commercial confidence.
We work with founders and teams at pivotal moments of growth — when product mix is expanding, pricing no longer feels strategic, or wholesale and operational complexity start becoming increasing expensive, time-consuming, and confusing to navigate.
Through intentional, hands-on support across merchandising, pricing, and go-to-market strategy, we help you tighten what’s working, fix what’s not, and build the structure needed to grow sustainably and profitably.
About the founder
Adjacent Space was founded by Miranda Wang, a commercial strategist and former corporate buyer with over a decade of experience leading merchandising, planning, and product development at 7- to 9-figure retail and consumer brands.
A merchant at heart, Miranda partners with ambitious product-based businesses to bring structure, clarity, and commercial discipline to their next phase of growth. She’s worked across fashion, home, wellness, CPG, and gifting — translating brand vision into profitable, scalable product strategy.
Her approach is product-led, customer-first, and data-informed — connecting pricing, assortment, operations, and go-to-market into one cohesive strategy.
